The units can be fitted with;
- Reverse filter cleaning.
- HEPA filter cartride
- Anti-static explosion proof units
- Cyclonic separation
- Second capture drum
Anti-static cyclone trolley with 60 litre stainless steel cvapture tank powered by 100 cfm of compressed air. Unit is grounded and supplied with 38mm anti-static suction hose by 5 metres. Designed for the safe recovery of combustible dusts. Used extensively and safely over the last 10 years.
Pneumatic Drum Vacuums are very SAFE.
- Pneumatic drum vacuums are powered by compressed air, they do not use electricity
- There are no moving parts to wear out, cause friction or create a spark
- Can be used in both wet and dry applications
- Designed and manufactured in Australia
- 4 times the power of electric vacuums
- Huge 5 metre water lift

55 gallon steel drum vacuum combo cyclone system system on second drum. In operation in power station recovering combustible coal dust.
Originally designed and operated in Australia for the last 13 years, trolley vacuums have been sold and used extensively with most of Australia’s top industrial companies for the recovery of;
• Abrasive blast media
• Fly ash
• Coal dust
• Dry chips and plastics
• Combustible dusts
• Flour and sugars
The system consists of a compressed air powered drum vacuum, either a Drum Lid vacuum or a Drum Top vacuum or a smaller stainless steel 60 litre drum vacuum. This is then coupled with a second capture drum fitted with a cyclone that separates up to 98% of the dust into the capture drum. With approximately 2% of dust traveling through to the main power head drum the system can run for extended periods without the need to clean or change the filter.
Drum Top Vacuum with reverse filter cleaning used with the larger trolley vacuum systems.
